1.打开带有密码保护的工作表。

2.双击内容会提示图表在受保护的工作表中，无法进行更改，请撤销工作表保护。

3.选中表格中的全部内容并按下Ctrl+C进行复制。

4.新建一个工作表，按下Ctrl+V进行粘贴。

5.双击粘贴的内容即可进行更改或进行其他操作。

如果密码是7位数以内的数字，如下操作：
同时按键盘的Alt和F11，点菜单上的插入，模块，在右边新出来的窗口粘贴一下代码：

最简单，复制整表，粘贴在全新的表中。
复杂的：
第1步：在工作表菜单栏上添加[开发工具]。方法是：依次单击[文件]--->[选项]--->[自定义功能区]命令，在[自定义功能区]主选项卡下面钩选[开发工具]即可，方法因版本不同稍有差异。当然，已添加的读者，这一步是多余的；
第2步：按Alt+F11快捷键，打开VBE窗口；
第3步：单击[插入]菜单命令，在其下拉菜单中，选择[模块1]；
