excel忘记密码是无法找回的，但可以删除加密数据，来解锁excel文件，具体操作如下：

1、首先选中被加密的excel文件，按F2键把文件后缀名改为rar。

2、然后双击打开该压缩文件，选择打开XL文件夹。

3、接着打开worksheets文件夹，将sheet1.xml文件拖到桌面。

4、右键该文件选择使用记事本打开，按Ctrl+F键查找protection。

5、删除该词所在尖括号内的全部内容并保存，再将该文件拖回压缩包。

6、最后在弹窗中点击确定按钮，将压缩文件后缀名重新改为XLSX即可。

有两种方法可以解决：

方法1：使用密码破解程序破解。以下为具体方法：

1\打开文件 

2\工具---宏----录制新宏---输入名字如:aa 

3\停止录制(这样得到一个空宏) 

4\工具---宏----宏,选aa,点编辑按钮 

5\删除窗口中的所有字符(只有几个),替换为下面的内容:(复制吧) 

6\关闭编辑窗口 

7\工具---宏-----宏,选AllInternalPasswords,运行,确定两次,等2分钟,再确定.OK,没有密码了!!

再用该密码给保护，原来使用者的密码同样能打开。

方法2：使用压缩包解决。

将文件后缀名改为RAR。

打开压缩包文件，找到一个xml文件，用文本方式打开。

打开之后，找到代码pssword 语句，将该句删掉。

再将后缀名改为xls，再打开就没有密码了。

2、运行Excel Password Geeker.

3、点击左上角的 Open 按钮，然后导航到你的 Excel 文件所在的路径，并把它导入到Excel Password Geeker里面。

4、Excel文件导入后，点击上面的 Start 按钮就开始恢复Excel密码了。

5、Excel密码恢复后显示在对话框中，你可以直接点击Copy按钮将它复制，然后粘贴，就可以打开你受密码保护的 Excel 文件了。
