摘要：PURPOSE:To reproduce more correctly and record information of narrow lines,by changing the threshold level according to the binary state of the preceding pictureelement which is held in a flip flop in the recording picture element unit to make a picturesignal binary through a comparator. CONSTITUTION:When an output 27 of a flip flop 5 is''1'', a received picture signal is compared with a voltage E. When the picture signal islower than the voltage E, the output of a comparator 18 becomes ''0'', and this value isset to a flip flop 25 synchronously with a sample clock 26, and the output 27 becomes''0''. When the output 27 is ''0'', the Q' output of the flip flop 25 is ''1'', and therefore,the base current is flowed to a transistor 23, and the collector potential is equal to theearth potential. Thus, the potential of a negative input terminal 19 is lowered to a valueobtained by dividing the voltage E by resistances 20 and 22.
