摘要：An organic electroluminescent component (I) has a structured electrode,preferably a display having a structured metal electrode The electroluminescentcomponent is prepared by applying at least 2 layers onto a bottom electrode situatedon a substrate whereby the first layer is an electrical insulator and is not damaged byapplication of the second layer and a definite interface between the two layers isretained. The first layer has a higher solubility rate than the second layer in a liquiddeveloper. The second layer is capable of being structured and the structure of the first
layer is transferred. At least an organic functional layer is applied to the second layerfollowed by deposition of a top electrode to the organic functional layer.
