一、People like to eat buffet because they can eat many kinds of food in one meal, and their appetite can be satisfied. I am a fan of the buffet. l can eat a lot of food at a time.
Every time l walk into the buffet, I will tell myself that in the face of so much food, l will not be satisfied with my stomach coming out. I can't help eating more even if l am full That's enough. It is said that satiety is the best way to keep healthy. If people continue to let their stomach get more food, their stomach will be hurt.
Therefore, the way people eat buffet is not right. We should enjoy the food, not eat too much.
二、I like to eat buffet so much, because I can taste so many food at the same time.There are all kinds of fruits，meat and ice cream，I like them all, so I have great motivation to eat buffet. Every time I eat buffet, I will eat as more as possible, because I think I have paid the money，I want to let the food deserve the money I pay. My stomach always gets too much food，I overeat the food and hurts my stomach.
Now I pay much attention to enjoy the food, I will tell myself not to eat so much full，the money I pay is to enjoy the food instead of hurting my stomach.
三、Fish is my favorite food. I don' t know why I like to eat it. | just feel the smell of fish is very delicious. Maybe is heredity, as my father and
grandma also like it. What' s more, I don' t care what kind of fish or what kind of coking style, | like all of them without reasons.
Everytime my mother cook fish, | will eat much more than usual. So my mother always says that she gives birth to a cat. Everytime she says that all of us laugh.
