With the development of China's economy, the people who are living in China are becoming richer and richer, so that they don't have to pay too much money on their ordinary life, such as food, clothes, education and so on. Because of that, more and more of them are willing to take the cost of their fortune on touring to places all around the world during their vacations.
However, bad manners always happen in every touring place in China, such as talking with others loudly, writing down their name or something else on walls or stones and throwing their waste on floor instead of throwing waste into their own bags. This serious phenomenon has aroused our attention. Why these phenomenons happen everywhere in China? From my vantage point, first of all, the reason why it happens is that the living condition in China has been improving, but the awareness of the importance of good manners has not been improving as well. Secondly, because the parents and teachers always make bad example to children in their daily life, the children learn from parents and teachers and gradually become some bad habits. Third, the government hasn't been publishing any useful laws to punish the people who acted bad behaviors in touring places.
Now, we are supposed to think about how to reduce the happening percentage of these phenomenons. My suggestion is divided into three aspects. On one hand, parents should make well examples to their children whenever and wherever. For example, parents can't speak loudly out of house while talking to someone excitedly. Besides, parents are strongly suggested to make necessary education to their children by criticizing the bad behaviors in their daily life or TV shows and ensure children have the well awareness of having well behaviors. On the other hand, according to this situation, as the matter of fact, our government has duty to do something they can do. As far as I am concerned, government can publish a strict law to punish the people who broke good manners' status. Besides, some activities which can develop our civilization can be held by government in some touring places. Further more, government is capable of paying money to TV stations for advocating the well manners in touring places. What we should do by ourselves is as vital as what parents and government do. First, we should learn good manners when we saw it instead of thinking that is just an ordinary manner and not worth learning. When we saw bad manners, we are supposed to criticize it strictly and think what we can to is better in that situation. Second, books about good manners are valuable to us, so we can learn from books in library. By the way, we should keep good manners as habits by doing good manners for a long time.
I don't believe we can't ban bad manners if parents, government and us make decision to do what I listed in this passage.
